Shipping Costs

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Items
While we take utmost care in packaging your items, Chilli Bay is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. However, we do provide the option of insured shipping at checkout for added protection.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and product, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy
