Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, including branded boxes and authenticity cards, is included
- The return request is made within 14 calendar days from the delivery confirmation
- The product is not a final sale, customized, or engraved item
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us at support https://chillibay.online/ with your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable).
- We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, please ship the item to the address provided, using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Be sure to include:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Your order number and a description of the issue
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or discounted items
- Custom-made or engraved pieces
- Earrings or pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned without prior authorization
International Returns
We accept international returns under the same conditions stated above. However:
- Return shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
- We are not responsible for any lost or delayed returns in international transit
- Please clearly mark your return as “Returned Goods” on customs forms to avoid additional fees
